Seniors: This week is COLLEGE APPLICATION WEEK! Portland State University, Western Oregon University, Oregon Tech, and Pacific University are all hosting INSTANT ADMISSION events this week. Are you working on a Common Application and a little confused on how to complete it? Come to the counseling office to sign up for the Common App. Workshop or to get help with your college applications!
Wrestlers: There will be a mandatory meeting in the commons on Wednesday, Nov. 8th at 2:05.
If you are planning on playing a winter sport, registration for these sports must be completed no later than TOMORROW, November 9th. The forms are online or can be picked up in the athletic office. Don’t forget to pay the $30 fee in the accounting office before you hand in your paperwork.
The blood drive is November 16th and 17th in the Aux gym. If you are 16 or older, please sign up with a student council member. If you are 16, you will need a parent consent form, which can be found in F128, student services and in the main office. Please return your signed form into F128. Sign up today!
Attention Senior: Jostens will be here tomorrow to collect orders during lunches. They will be set up by the main entrance. Order packets are available in the main office.
Please join us for our “American as Apple Pie” band concert honoring our Veterans and Active Service Members on Thursday at 7:00 pm in the auditorium. We will have dessert in the commons following this free event.
Tomorrow, November 9th, Katie Harvey from Clackamas Community College will be here at OCHS to talk about Advanced College Credits, how they can help jumpstart your college career, and how those credits can apply when transferring to a four year university. If you’re interested in learning more about Advanced College Credits, please sign up on the white sheet on the college visit board located outside the OCHS Accounting office.
