Daily Announcements: 



Softball open facilities are every Wednesday from 3-4:30 and from 6-8:00.  On Sunday’s, pitchers and catchers can work out from 5-6:00 and all players from 6-8:00.  All skill levels are welcome.  Come down and get ready for the season. Please remember that spring sign-ups are February 20th-22nd and that you must be cleared by the athletic office in order to practice.  Finish the mission Pioneers!


Reminder:  There will be no HS CTE classes on Thursday, February 22nd, due to the Skills Day competitions at CCC.


“Did you ever notice how there is something wrong with everyone on Pop’s side of the family?”  That is a line from Lost in Yonkers, our winter play happening Feb. 28, March 1st, 2nd and 3rd at 7:30 pm in our Black Box Theatre.  The play features a wonderful cast.  You will not be disappointed.


Attention all students that are registered for the Skills Competition at CCC. This event is tomorrow, February 22nd! There will be a one way bus available to transport students to the college at 8am, be prompt.  Please arrive for your scheduled event on time and prepared. See the Counseling Office if you have questions. Be advised in the event of a school closure due to inclement weather the Skills Competition will be cancelled.


Oregon City Wrestling competed at the State Tournament this past weekend.  Individual placers are: Emma Baertlein – 4th in the women’s division, Sage Brown placed 6th and Lane Marshall placed 2nd.  The team placed 11th overall.  Congratulations team!


We have our winners for the library valentine’s candy guess contest.  There were 186 pieces of candy in the jar.  We have TWO student winners:  Seniors Sarah Ramsey and Anthony Kelly who both guessed 185!  They will both get to choose the book of their choice from Barnes and Noble.  Come see Stull in the library and let him know what book you would like.  The faculty winner, for the 2nd time in a row is Mr. Blix, who also guessed 185.  Mr. Blix wins all of the candy!  Thank you to everyone who participated.
