Senior Checkout Forms Due

There are many steps needed to be completed prior to leaving OCHS.

 

 

 

Senior End-Of-The-Year checkout forms are given out during Advisory on May 29th.

 

A.  Checkout Forms 

1. Students have each of their 3rd trimester teachers sign the checkout form.

2. All books are returned to the library and the library signs the checkout form. 

3. Last stop is the Accounting Office where they sign off after making sure all fees have been cleared.

 

 

 

Checkout Forms due in Accounting on Thursday, June 6 by 3:30 pm.

If the completed checkout form is not turned in to the Accounting Office, the senior will not be able to participate in the Graduation ceremony.

 

 

 

 

 

B.  Take care of your Google Documents

 

 

 

 

For OCHS students who will be graduating this year or transferring to a different school next year, the link below provides information for how to either transfer or download documents prior to leaving.

If your post high school plans include a Community College or University, follow these instructions.

 

Click on NAVIANCE

 

Click on Naviance Student

Click on Naviance Student Login

Student Logs in

Click on the Colleges Tab

Click on Colleges Home

In the Apply to Colleges Box, click Manage Transcripts

Click on Request Final Transcript
