Winter Sports Registration

Tuesday, November 7, 2017 - 7:30am to Thursday, November 9, 2017 - 4:00pm


Please turn all paperwork into the Athletic Office located in Student Services.  

Registration due by Thursday, November 9 at 12:00 pm.

Winter sports practices begin Monday, November 13.


Winter sports are  Basketball (boys and girls), Bowling, Cheerleading, Dance, Equestrian, Racquetball, Snowboard, Swimming, Wrestling.


Registration Forms

There are 3 forms required for registration

  1. Athletic/Activities Code of Conduct Participation Form

  2. Physical Form

  3. Athletic Health and Emergency Form    

All forms must be completed and turned in prior to the start of practices or tryouts.



  • Just a reminder for 2017-2018 that all sports fees from previous years must be paid in full before a student can register for a sport/activity. This includes participation fees, the athletic/activity fee and/or any other sports costs incurred during the previous years. Also, the non-refundable athletic/activity fee must be paid at the time registration forms are submitted. The following fees are required for a student to participate in sports.


 Participation Fee:

The participation fee for funded sports for the 2017-2018 school year is $175.00 per sport. There is no individual or family maximum. Unfunded sports fees are set by the coach and deposited into the teams schools ASB account. The participation fee must be paid prior to the first scheduled competition for the team. The participation fee is not refundable if the athlete completes 20% of the season (beginning with the first day of practice).


Athletic/Activity Fee: 

A $30.00 athletic/activity fee is charged one time a year to students who register for sports or activities. This non-refundable fee is due at the time the athletic/activities registration forms are received by the athletic office.


Student Body Card (ASB)

All athletes are required to have an ASB symbol on their student body card. There is a $20.00 fee for the ASB symbol on the student body card.            


Payment Plans:

A payment plan may be set up for payment of the participation and team fees for the 2017-2018 school year. A minimum of 50% is due to set up a participation payment plan and the balance must be paid in full before the last scheduled contest of that season. All contracts must be signed by the parent or guardian and approved by the Athletic Director. Payment plans for team fees will not be allowed if a student has previous team fees due. Failure to meet this contract will make the student ineligible (games, school events, etc.) until payment is made.
